Book the hotel station as a room resource in Outlook or Teams, just like a conference room.
At the scheduled time, walk up to the station. Your meeting appears on the Yealink touch screen.
Tap the meeting to join. The built-in camera, mic, and speakerphone activate automatically.
Put on the wireless headset if you want private audio instead of the speakerphone.
When finished, tap Leave to end the session.
For an instant meeting, tap "Meet now" on the Yealink home screen. Share the link via QR code or invite from your laptop.
Use the speakerphone in quiet areas. Switch to the headset in open spaces or for sensitive calls.
