Legacy System
The Terrace uses an older Teams Room system that was not part of the AV renovation. Displays may need to be powered on manually, and the experience differs slightly from other rooms.
Best For
Quick Teams calls, informal check-ins, small group huddles, and overflow meetings. Flexible seating — move chairs as needed.

Make sure the displays are powered on. If screens are dark, turn them on manually with the remote or power button.
Wait for the Yealink touch panel to show the home screen.
Tap your scheduled meeting or tap "Meet now" to start an instant meeting.
Share content from your laptop through Teams screen sharing if needed.
When done, tap Leave.
This is a legacy system. Displays do not turn on automatically. If you walk in and the screens are off, that's normal — power them on and give it a moment.
