Tap "Room controls" on the touch panel home screen (or the settings icon during a meeting).
Tap the "Room Control" tab at the top of the screen.
You'll see columns for Display 1, Display 2, Display 3, and Teams Content.
Tap the input you want under the display you want to change. The active input turns blue.

Remote
Teams Content controls what remote participants see — this is separate from the in-room displays.
Join your meeting from the touch panel.
All three displays will show the Teams meeting — no changes needed.
Share content from your laptop via Teams screen sharing.
When done, tap Leave.
This is the default configuration. If no one changed it, just walk in and start.
